2022 Antonelli 'Trebium' Trebbiano Spoletino

Antonelli's Trebium is a certified organic white wine crafted exclusively from old vine Trebbiano Spoletino grapes. After a gentle gravity-fed pressing at the winery, the juice undergoes fermentation in large oak barrels, followed by six months of aging on the lees.

Its vibrant straw-yellow hue hints at the wine's complexity, showcasing pronounced fruity and floral aromas. On the palate, it offers a full-bodied structure with notes of citrus, tropical fruits, almonds, and a touch of spice, all balanced by a refreshing acidity.

Trebium pairs beautifully with prosciutto, terrines, and carpaccio, and is equally delightful with seafood pasta, spaghetti carbonara, saffron risotto, rich fish dish, rare roast beef, or aged semi-hard cheeses.
