Term and conditions

By shopping via our online store, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. By using our site you are indicating you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. Barrel Online reserves the right to make changes to these conditions.

LIQUOR ACT STATEMENT: It is an offence for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor. It is also an offence for a licensee to supply liquor or permit liquor to be supplied to a person under the age of 18 years.

Each wine bottle contains 750ml unless specified.

Price Guarantee

If you see one of our wines advertised cheaper somewhere else, let us know and we’ll happily match any price!

Our minimum order for delivery is $80 and we offer free local delivery within 5km of Barrel Bar and Dining. All orders over 5km will incur a delivery charge. Please contact us if delivery for your location is not available on the online.

Try before you buy

We hold monthly tastings at Barrel Bar & Dining in Cremorne. If you would like to be notified of these and other events please join our mailing list.

Returns

Don’t like the wine? Let us know why and we will swap it for something more to your taste. If a wine is cork tainted, just hold onto it and we will replace it upon inspection.

Returns will be picked up and replaced personally by one of our sommeliers free of charge.

 

Rare or aged wines

We have access to some of the best private cellars in the country. Let us know what you are after and I bet we can track it down

Most orders will be with you within 48 hours. If you need it faster, just let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP.

 

 

 

We guarantee all our wines, but reserve the right to refuse a return if we believe the policy is being abused.

Delivery hours are 2 - 6pm 7 days a week.

 

We are not permitted to deliver on Christmas day or Good Friday.
