2023 Rutherglen Moscato

A blend of three parcels of fruit, each from different regions within Victoria. Each parcel was machine harvested in the cool of the early morning, then crushed immediately into the press. Each juice parcel was cold settled and clarified prior to fermentation. Fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks for approximately 14 days at temperatures of approximately 13º Celsius.

The wine was blended, fined and clarified prior to bottling in early May 2019 to lock in fruitfulness and freshness.

Our 2019 Pfeiffer Moscato is a light, refreshing and deliciously aromatic wine. The palate is fresh and vibrant, with seductive tropical flavours, delicate sweetness and a light spritz. A wine to be enjoyed for all occasions.
