2021 'Hacienda Ucedinos' Godello

At Bodega Eladio Santalla, the vineyards are all dry grown. Godello and Mencia dominate the region. The winery is small and compact, and brothers Marcos & Eladio are certainly considered limited production producers, creating focused,  refined & well balanced wines.

The 2021 vintage exhibits straw yellow colour with green trim, clean and bright. Intense and clean aroma, very fruity, with sensations of stone fruit (peach and apricot), green apple, quince, water pear, floral and herbaceous. Elegant, unctuous and long in the mouth, balanced acidity, freshness, vivacity and an end of adequate persistence. A delicious white wine showing notes of juicy white peach and refreshing minerality. With great texture on the palate.
