2021 Mencia 'Hacienda Ucedinos'

Bodega Eladio Santalla is a family winery of the D.O.Valdeorras. A region in Spain’s North West, Galicia, which produce high quality Godello and Mencia wines.

The Mencia Wines are made with 100% Mencía grapes, selected from the best vineyards of Valdeorras, to obtain a fruity and tasty young wine. Cherry red color with violet iridescence. The elegant and fresh aroma with hints of red fruits, redcurrant. In the mouth it is a complex, harmonious, round wine with a velvety structure, a balanced and fresh acidity with a very pleasant tannic touch.

The wine is aromatic and shows concentrated dark fruit aromas with classic Mencía smooth tannins that make the wines so accessible.
