Pedro Ximenez 'Cosheca'
Bodegas Del PinoWine from Pedro Ximenez pacsified grape wine and aged for two years in large amphora pots. It is then packaged. Both dark and intense, with sweet candy, toffee and dried dates.
Pedro Ximenez grapes are then raisined in the open air between 8 and 16 days. This concentrates the intensity overall.
When it reaches its optimum level they are ground. Once the must is obtained, it is alcoholized at 15 °. The storage of the cement jars is stabilized where it reaches its special characteristics.
Pedro Ximenez Cosheca is a soft, sweet and very pleasant dessert to the mouth with a raisin aftertaste. It can be taken accompanying desserts, as a desktop, alone or with ice or at any time of the day
